KGF is one of the most popular movies of this decade and the bike used in the movie has created a lot of buzz among motorcycle enthusiasts. A custom motorcycle house based in India has modified a Hero Karizma to look like the KGF bike, as shown in the movie.
Hero Karizma Modified to Look Like the KGF Bike
The bike in the KGF movie was a custom-built Royal Enfield Himalayan. The dirt bike shown in the movie was heavily modified to look unique. This custom house has tried to modify a Hero Karizma similar to the RE Himalayan showed in the movie. Dirt Machine Custom Motorcycles is based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh and their team are behind this modification job.
Story Behind this Modification
One of the clients of Dirt Machine Custom, Mr Abhishek Pathak was looking to modify his Yamaha FZ to look like the KGF bike. He wanted a faster and lightweight machine, so the custom house suggested him to look for a second-hand Hero Karizma. Once he found a second hand Karizma, the modification job started.

Modifications on Hero Karizma KGF Bike
To make this Hero Karima like the bike shown in the KGF movie, a lot of parts has been changed. This bike has gone through extensive cosmetic and mechanical modification. Starting from the front the entire headlamp housing has been replaced with a round LED unit that looks much more appealing. This modified KGF bike comes in a matte black paint scheme that looks very premium.
Its design is similar to a scrambler bike and it features a compact single seat. The body design of this KGF bike has been altered to give it more ground clearance than the stock version. Customizers have used a Royal Enfield Continental GT fuel tank on this bike that looks very sleek. The swingarm and rear chassis of the bike have also been revised.
This modified Karizma comes fitted with a custom upswept exhaust system that looks similar to the KGF bike. It uses black powder-coated steel rims with 40 spoke, 18-inch front and rear wheels. The customizers have equipped this bike with fat Michelin Scrambler tyres that gives this bike a solid appearance.
Also, the telescopic front forks have been swapped with chunkier inverted forks that give the bike a solid front end presence. For braking, this modified bike relies on disc brakes at both the front and rear wheels. Dirt Machine Customs has equipped this bike with LED headlamps, LED taillamps and LED turn signals that give it a modernistic touch.
Project Time and Cost
